What we do
AI automation, web development, recruiting and lead generation
Niro Digital is an AI automation and custom software agency based in Maribor, Slovenia, working with companies across the EU. We find the constraint first, then build only what removes it.

AI automation
We find the steps that eat your team's week, then hand them to supervised AI agents. A human still approves anything that matters.
Website development
Sites for service and B2B companies, written around what buyers search for and wired so every inquiry has a source. Replaces the theme nobody can edit.
E-commerce development
Stores that sell across markets and languages, on Shopify or custom, with the payment methods each market actually uses.
Web app development
CRMs, dashboards, portals and employee tools built around how your company actually runs. Usually replacing the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.
Recruiting advertising
Paid campaigns that bring in real worker applications, priced per applicant. Mostly blue-collar profiles, mostly across Europe.
Lead generation
Ads, funnels and tracking for service and B2B businesses that want a predictable flow of inquiries, not a prettier report.
Selected work
Built around real constraints
We don't sell tools. We look at how a company actually works, find the one constraint that costs it the most, and build around that. AI where it removes hours. Software where it adds structure. Ads where workers or customers are the bottleneck.
Based in Maribor, registered in Croatia, working across the EU in Slovenian and English. GDPR is where we start, not a checkbox.

House rules
Three things we don't negotiate
Read these before the first call. If any of them is a problem, we're not the right agency and we'd rather you know now.
A person approves anything that matters
Agents draft, sort and move data. Offers, invoices and anything a customer sees still get a human click before they go out.
You own the code, the accounts and the data
Repositories, ad accounts and dashboards are in your name from day one, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we part ways, nothing has to be migrated back.
We say no
If the constraint is pricing or hiring, we'll say so in the first call and won't sell you software for it.
How a project runs
From first call to daily use
Four stages, each with something you can hold. No discovery phase that ends in a deck.
//Stage 01
Working session
Sixty to ninety minutes with the people who do the work. We ask about spreadsheets, hand-offs and what breaks on Mondays.
- When
- Week 1
- You get
- A written summary of the constraint and what it costs you
//Stage 02
Map and quote
We map where the hours go, pick the one constraint worth removing first, and quote a fixed scope with a number on it.
- When
- Week 2
- You get
- Workflow map, fixed-scope offer
//Stage 03
Build
Software, agents or campaigns go live in stages against your real data. You see every stage. Nothing waits for a big reveal.
- When
- From week 3
- You get
- Staged releases in your repos and your ad accounts
//Stage 04
Run and measure
Once it's in daily use we track hours saved, cost per applicant or cost per inquiry, and keep adjusting until the number holds.
- When
- After launch
- You get
- Live dashboard, monthly review

Ads we've actually run
Ad creatives from live campaigns
Meta campaigns for shops, studios and workforce agencies. Every one of these ran with real budget behind it.

Frequently asked questions
The six we hear most often. Yours isn't here? Ask it here.
Ad campaigns show a cost per applicant or per inquiry within their first weeks of running. Software and automations save hours from the day they go live, and we measure that against the baseline from the working session.
Usually not. Most of what we build sits around the tools you already have, whether that's a spreadsheet, an ERP or a CRM, and moves data between them. We only replace something when it is the constraint itself.
You do. Agents draft, sort and process; a person on your team approves anything that leaves the building. Approval gates are part of every build, not an option.
Service businesses, workforce agencies, shops and B2B companies doing roughly €1M to €10M a year, mostly in Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Croatia. That is where the most is still done by hand; larger companies are usually digitalised already.
A live dashboard with the numbers that matter for the system: hours saved, cost per applicant, cost per inquiry, revenue. We look at it together once a month. No slides.
Yes, if there is a working product and paying customers. We don't build the first version of a product on a maybe.
