Recruitemy
Recruitemy is the platform Niro Digital created to optimise every aspect of the operations of Evroproces, a Slovenian workforce agency: candidate pipeline, client contracts with live headcount, payroll, operations and an AI agent in one app. It started in April 2026 and is still growing.

The constraint
Evroproces is a Slovenian workforce agency that places workers with client companies. We run its recruiting advertising, and the ads worked: applications arrived faster than a spreadsheet and a shared mailbox could absorb them. Nobody could see who was qualified, who had been contacted, who was waiting on a medical, which contract still had open headcount, or what a placement had cost. So in April 2026 we started building a platform to optimise every aspect of the agency's operations: one permissioned app where every applicant a campaign generates is captured, qualified and tracked to placement, where client contracts carry live headcount, and where payroll, housing, company cars, documents and tasks sit next to the pipeline instead of in separate files. An AI agent called Bato can read and act on all of it. It runs in English and Slovene, on a phone in the field as well as at a desk. It started in April 2026 and is still growing: whenever Evroproces finds a new surface to optimise, we build it.
The system

- //01Dashboard tying campaign spend to applicants, hires and cost per useful application

- //02A configurable candidate pipeline: new, contacted, interview, medical, contract, placed

- //03Applicant profiles with identity, documents, notes and quality scores, plus AI-assisted CV import

- //04Staffing contracts with live filled and open headcount per client

- //05A client CRM with company statuses, leads and contacts

- //06The placement ledger: who is on which contract until when

- //07Payroll per contract, Slovenian regres and a Croatian variant included

- //08Finances: revenue, employment costs and profit per contract

- //09One task system feeding a calendar, a table and every record

- //10Roles and permissions editable at runtime, every change revision-tracked

- //11Bato, an AI agent with tools over the CRM, in text and voice

- //12The same system on a phone as a PWA, in English and Slovene
What changed
- //01Every applicant a campaign generates lands in one place, qualified and tracked to placement
- //02Recruiters see where each candidate stands and what to do next, from the desk or the field
- //03Campaign spend reports against useful applications and placements, not impressions or clicks
- //04Payroll, housing, cars, documents and tasks left the spreadsheets and sit next to the pipeline
What we'd do differently
Recruitemy is the platform Evroproces runs on and the tool we run their recruiting advertising through, so the campaign figures live on the Evroproces case study, not here; the agency's own operating numbers stay inside the agency. It started in April 2026 and is still growing: whenever Evroproces finds a new surface to optimise, we build it, so any list of what it does is a snapshot. The platform assumes the role, location and hiring process are clear; it doesn't fix an unclear offer. What we'd do differently: we built the organisation and member layer for several agencies from day one, and only one runs on it. That time would have gone into the pipeline first.
