The constraint

Evroproces has placed workers from the former Yugoslavia with employers across the EU since 2014. In 2024 it had two audiences and a digital presence that served neither well: workers, who need to trust an agency before they hand over documents, and companies, who want to see vetting and licences before they sign. Client orders needed more qualified worker applications than were arriving. We built one site that serves both — a worker landing page and application form on one side, an employer page and request form on the other — in six languages, with the URL slug translated per market and an industry page for each trade. Then we ran the recruiting campaigns into it. Separately, we built the agency the internal staffing CRM its placements run on.

The system

Evroproces
  1. //01A home page for both audiences: find workers, or find a job
Evroproces worker landing page — find your next job in Slovenia or across Europe
  1. //02A dedicated worker landing page, the destination for the recruiting ads
The Evroproces worker application form — name, email, phone, nationality, birthday, profession, desired job and location
  1. //03The application form: nationality, profession, desired job and location
  1. //04Six locales, with the URL slug itself translated per market
  1. //05Industry pages per trade, in German as in every other locale
  1. //06Also built: the agency's internal staffing CRM, with a dated rate book
  1. //07The same CRM's finance view: revenue, cost and profit per month
  1. //08The whole home page on a phone: industries, process, licences
The Evroproces employer page on a phone — request form, how the cooperation works, no-workers-no-costs terms
  1. //09The employer page and its request form, the B2B half of the site
  1. //10Industry detail on a phone: welder skills, markets, certifications

What changed

  1. //01More than 30 workers hired from the campaigns in 2024
  2. //02A steady flow of qualified worker applications
  3. //032-3% conversion rate on the new website
  4. //04One site serves workers and employers, in six languages

What we'd do differently

The hiring figure is the client's total for 2024, on the worker side; we don't have a figure for the B2B partner funnel, so we don't quote one, and the 2-3% conversion is the website's, not the placement rate. The eleven years of experience are Evroproces's, not ours. What we'd do differently: the internal CRM was built as a second, separate system, so the campaigns and the placements it runs never share a record; Recruitemy, the later business OS for the same client, is where that gap gets closed.
