Weedorizers

Weedorizers is a legal cannabinoid e-commerce platform that Niro Digital first launched for Weedorizers s.r.o. in 2024 and has extended ever since: a storefront selling into nine EU countries in nine languages, plus the admin dashboard that runs the business behind it.

The constraint

Weedorizers sells legal THC alternatives and CBD products, so every page carries a compliance limit and GDPR obligations on top of the usual shop. The old store served one market. Pages loaded slowly, inventory was split across systems, and the checkout lost buyers before payment. Meanwhile the team behind the shop ran orders, stock, customers and marketing out of separate tools. We built both halves: a Next.js storefront in nine languages with translated URL paths, per-market shipping rules and four ways to pay, and a purpose-built admin dashboard for orders, packing, inventory, customers, loyalty, discounts, marketing and a first-party analytics stack with its own revenue dashboard. Both apps sit in one Turborepo over one Postgres schema, so the shop and the software that runs it never disagree. It first launched in 2024 and has been continuously extended since.

The system

Weedorizers
  1. //01Storefront in nine languages, nine EU markets, with translated URL paths
Weedorizers shop grid with price, head-high, body-high and category filters
  1. //02Catalogue filtered by price, category, tag and by head-high and body-high effect
Weedorizers product page with strain selector, effect meters and volume discount progress
  1. //03Product pages with strain choice, effect meters, reviews and volume-discount tiers
Weedorizers checkout showing card, Google Pay, cryptocurrency and bank transfer
  1. //04Checkout paying by card, Google Pay, cryptocurrency or bank transfer
  1. //05The same store in German: nav, hero, promo bar and chat all translated
  1. //06Admin dashboard: what needs doing right now, above a revenue history chart
  1. //07Orders filtered by status, payment, method, carrier, country and date
  1. //08Order detail with status, tracking, note timeline, payment and line items
  1. //09Inventory with stock status, tracking flags and low-stock thresholds
  1. //10Customer records with loyalty points, tiers and order history
  1. //11First-party analytics: revenue, margin, sessions, conversion, per product
  1. //12The same storefront on a phone, AI support assistant included

What changed

  1. //01One store sells in nine EU countries instead of one
  2. //02Four payment methods, including cryptocurrency and bank transfer, in nine languages
  3. //03Orders, packing, inventory, customers and marketing run from one dashboard, not several tools
  4. //04The shop and the software that runs it share one database, so the two never disagree

What we'd do differently

We can count markets, languages and payment methods. We can't show you conversion or average-order figures, because those are the client's operating data, not ours to publish. Nine languages also means nine sets of product copy to keep current, a running cost we'd budget for from day one. And one schema under two apps is fast until it isn't: widening a shared table means shipping the migration to production before the code, a discipline we learned the hard way rather than designed in.
