The constraint

Zavarovanje is not client work. We wanted to know what an insurance platform looks like when the marketing site, the customer's policy dashboard and the internal operations console are built as one system rather than three, so we built it and stopped at the point the answer was clear. It is a Turborepo monorepo: three Next.js 16 apps over shared typed packages for the database, authentication, the API layer, the UI kit, transactional email and observability. The storefront is the only surface shown here — a single Slovene page assembled from twelve section components on Tailwind v4 design tokens that are the source of truth for both the marketing site and the app. The dashboard and the admin console stay out of the case study. Everything written on the page is prototype copy: the insurer names, the figures and the testimonials are placeholders, not facts.
